Upon confirming your booking you agree to the following cancellation policy:

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to change and/or cancel any booking made, so please do not book unless you are certain that you can attend, and ensure you have selected the correct time/date before confirming. PLEASE DO NOT put us in an uncomfortable position by asking for exceptions. If anything less than 48hrs notice is provided, you will be invoiced for the full value of your session and you agree to settle this payment within 12 hours of receipt.
